Tyler Frantz- NPO Founder/CEO

An elementary STEM teacher by trade, Tyler is an accomplished hunter and freelancer who lives for the outdoors. He has harvested multiple PA, NY and MD deer with the bow, rifle, flintlock, shotgun and inline muzzleloader. His best two bucks to date include a 132 7/8" 10pt with the rifle and a 121" 8pt with the bow, but he has taken more than 30 deer (eight of which were 100+ inch bucks). Other notable trophies include 3 public land PA black bears (one weighing 431 lbs), several spring gobblers, and an assortment of furbearers, small game, waterfowl and fish. Though his favorite pursuits are archery and fly fishing, he enjoys getting out and appreciating all the outdoors have to offer. Tyler is an award winning writer/photographer/videographer and a member of both the Pennsylvania & Mason-Dixon Outdoor Writers Associations, as well as the Outdoor Writers Association of America. He lives on a small hobby farm in Annville, PA with his wife Erin, kids Foster & Fynlee and bird dog Cali.
Travis Frantz- Whitetail & Turkey Specialist

Travis is an auto physical damage appraiser for Erie Insurance, a true weekend warrior who appreciates the point where the blacktop ends and the great outdoors begins! Travis had been fortunate to harvest a PA Grand Slam at the age of twenty-one. In his almost two-dozen years of hunting, he’s had to grow up- succeed, fail, and learn- as in life! He feels lucky to have grown up and experienced the traditional family farm hunting adventures, trotted across many a state’s game lands in pursuit of the next best-undiscovered turkey hunting destination, traveled north to Canada with hopes of harvesting a “calendar” whitetail, and often will boast of having the best hunting teachers and friends money can’t buy! God, family, work, and the serenity of the outdoors is what he cherishes. Whether it's hair, feather, fur, or fin- he loves it all! Travis has pursued both turkeys and deer in PA, MD, NY, and Manitoba, Canada- where he harvested gross scoring bucks of 159” and 163”; However, he isn’t a numbers guy. He measures success by experiences gained while afield but does enjoy bagging a trophy every now and again in the process. Travis is Tyler’s big brother and resides lakefront with his wife Marissa, daughter Briar, and visla pup Hazel in Pine Grove.
Steve Frantz- Bear Hunting & Property Management Specialist

Steve “Bear Magnet” Frantz has certainly earned his well-deserved nickname through his many years of experience pursuing bruins in the mountains of PA and the Canadian backcountry. To date, Steve has killed 8 PA Black bears on 6 different public land stand locations. Making this feat even more impressive is that he has helped 8 other hunters fill their tags as well, taking a total of 11 PA bears on stands that Steve recommended - including a 674 lb boar (the largest legally taken in the state through 1982) which he tracked in pouring rain with no blood trail. Steve has also taken 4 Canadian black bears, one being a gorgeous brown color phase. Steve is one heck of a shot with the muzzleloader as well. His largest buck, a big palmated 10pt, scored 157,” and he has also taken 7 running deer with his traditional-style flintlock. Professionally, Steve is the owner of Frantz Insurance and Investments, but is looking forward to retirement where he and wife Doris will continue to manage their 120 acre Pine Ridge Farm in Rock, PA for wildlife. The couple hosts handicap hunts on their property for deer each year and have constructed and maintain the only handicap fishing ramp on the Lower Little Swatara Creek.
Bobby Wolfgang- Archery & Fly fishing Specialist

Bobby serves as an Active Duty Soldier in the PA Army National Guard and has obtained a BA in Forest Science from PSU. He loves to put outdoor activities extremely high on his agenda list. Fly Fishing for trout/steelhead is a very strong interest and he lives for the limestone creeks located in Central PA. If you can’t find him on a stream, he will be out in the fall or spring chasing PA’s big game animals. He has taken multiple trophy whitetails, turkeys, and a black bear in PA along with a few Maryland whitetails. Bobby is looking forward to conducting fly fishing lessons in the near future for avid fishermen who want to hit the streams and enjoy a totally different aspect of fishing. He currently resides in Pine Grove, PA with his lovely wife Jennifer, four children, and German Shepherd Kasey.
Shawn Kimmel- Waterfowl Specialist

Shawn grew up in Pine Grove, PA and started hunting when he was 12 years old. He hunts pretty much everything that has a season in the state, but became totally hooked on waterfowl when he was a teen. To Shawn, there is nothing better than watching birds react to every note he blows on his call. It's an excitement that is just unmatched! He hunts ducks and geese all over Pennsylvania and Maryland in fields and water but has to admit that his favorite type of hunting is Field Goose Hunting. Shawn hunts every day that he gets a chance to do so, regardless of the weather. Aside from hunting, Shawn is an Active Duty Soldier in the Army National Guard, and is a very blessed parent of 2 amazing sons. He is also a founding member of the Pine Grove Chapter of Ducks Unlimited where he does all he can to preserve the habitat of waterfowl. To Shawn, conservation is just as important as hunting!

Erin has now moved on to shooting a Diamond Infinite Edge compound bow and co-advises the Cedar Crest High School Archery Club. She is learning more and more each day and is a wonderfully understanding supporter of her hubby's many outdoor ventures. B.G. Ehrgood- Waterfowl Specialist
Self proclaimed jack-of-all-trades, master of none, B.G. Ehrgood enjoys chasing game from the shorelines of DE to the mountaintops of PA. He enlists the skills of his title as a Facilities Specialist at a local private school for children with Autism. Before he began his current position he worked in the classroom, as he holds both an associates in HVAC/R and a bachelors degree in K-6 Elementary Education.
He began his hunting career as an excited 12 year old wanting nothing more than to join his father at the annual Deer Camp at the family cabin in Lycoming County. Since then he's been nothing short of addicted to chasing any game, most recently and passionately, waterfowl. In one week, he may be ankle deep in a freshwater Pennsylvania creek, knee high in a cornfield, or out navigating saltwater marshes or bays. Puddle ducks, divers, or monster honkers, it doesn't matter; his eyes are always to the sky. He knows in order to be where the birds are, he has to think like a bird, so where they fly he drives. Every mile is a memory.

Kole Kramer- Mountain/Public Land Specialist
Kole grew up with a genuine love for the outdoors, and he’s following the same path in his career. Graduating from Penn College with a degree in Forest Technology, he currently works as a Forest Technician. Since starting hunting, Kole has spent the vast majority of his time chasing game in the rugged mountains of Pennsylvania’s public land. He quickly discovered that to hunt these areas effectively, he would need to steer away from some of the “traditional” hunting strategies and adopt new methods. Kole has spent the rest of his time learning the ways of pressured animals in the big woods setting and how they relate to the terrain and hunting pressure they face. Although he hunts most legal game animals in the state, he has developed a passion for chasing trophy whitetails and this consumes most of his time.

Drew & Laura Lambert- Whitetail/Conservation Specialists
Drew’s love for the outdoors began at an early age under the guidance of his late grandfather and father. He harvested his first deer in ‘94 with his grandpa’s gun, which is still used today by his wife, Laura. Since taking up archery in 1999, Drew has hunted PA, CO, WV, MD, NY, ME, and IL. In 2006, he took a 140” P&Y 8pt in Pike County, IL. Then in 2010, he harvested a 140” 14pt on a small property he was managing in Dauphin County, PA. Drew has a passion for enhancing native wildlife habitat, and from that, he has gained valuable knowledge about wildlife that he uses to be successful in the field. He has harvested mature deer the last handful of years, as well as turkeys and mule deer, elk and small game. Since 2006, he has served on the board of directors for the Mason-Dixon branch of QDMA, and in 2007, he became certified to score whitetail deer by the Northeast Big Buck Club.
By day, Laura is a physical Therapist, but by archery season, she is in the deer blind as much as possible given her hectic schedule. Laura started hunting with Drew in 2001. She became very proficient with the rifle and wanted to learn more about archery hunting. So with lots of practice in the backyard, she was able to harvest her first archery deer on opening morning of the 2012 bow season in Dauphin County. With multiple doe harvest under her belt, she was still searching for that elusive buck harvest; that was until this past season, when she harvested an early archery doe and a 3.5 year-old 130” 8 pt on the first day of rifle…not bad for a first buck! Laura has been active with the Mason-Dixon branch of QDMA for 8 years and assists with Drew in his role as Dauphin County Coordinator for Hunters Sharing the Harvest.
Drew and Laura are high school sweethearts who raise 2 young boys together in their Hummelstown, PA home. It is through their faith and mutual love of the outdoors that they credit their long, happy relationship and look forward to making many more memories together.
